Ascension Health Talk: Understanding Healthy Sleep
Join Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital and Bradford Woelke M.D., a Family Medicine physician, in a discussion about sleep hygiene. Dr. Woelke will address common conditions associated with the loss of sleep or sleep difficulties and offer advice on when you should seek help for persistent sleep issues.
Dr. Woelke is a graduate of Wayne State School of Medicine. Currently, he is a resident physician with Wayne State University School of Medicine's Family Medicine residency program. There he sees patients at the Rochester Academic Family Medicine outpatient center, as well as at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital. Recently Dr. Woelke was appointed to the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians Board of Trustees. He has academic interests in athletic Sports Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Nutrition.
