Relationships with other Libraries
The Rochester Hills Public Library participates in reciprocal borrowing agreements with many other libraries. Libraries that will accept your RHPL card include members of The Library Network and other MILibrary libraries.
Non-residents who belong to a library in The Library Network, may print a Good Standing Form from our website or pick up a copy from our Information Desk and have it filled out by the staff at your home library. That completed form brought to our library with your home library card and photo ID will give you borrowing privilege with us.
Non-Resident patrons whose home library is not a Library Network participating library but do belong to one of the MILibrary participating libraries throughout Michigan may bring their home library card with a MILibrary card sticker on it and their identification to our library to borrow print material from us.
