Who Will Accept My Library Card?
The Rochester Hills Public Library is a member of The Library Network allowing residents of our service area to check out and return materials at numerous libraries in the Detroit area.
In addition, the RHPL participates in the MILibrary program which allows residents to borrow print materials at MILibrary libraries throughout the state. To become eligible for MILibrary, you need to bring your library card to our circulation desk and have it "upgraded."
Residents may also apply for an OCC library card at any Oakland Community College library. Apply directly with photo identification.
It is always best to call ahead to verify that the library you are interested in visiting is still participating in one of the above programs.
